A slip-on fork sleeve fits over standard forks for occasional handling of extra-long loads without replacing original forks. Important note: It does not increase the forklift rated capacity. The load center shifts outward and reduces the allowable load. Always check the load chart.

There are four key selection points to follow. Choose sleeves only for long goods needing dual support. For heavy loads, pick factory one-piece extended forks. The inner opening matches fork thickness and width. Sleeves are not interchangeable. Total sleeve length shall not exceed 1.5 times original fork, maximum 1.67 times. Engagement length shall be at least one third of original fork. Anti-drop pin is mandatory. Fork sleeves fit infrequent use. One-piece forks suit heavy daily long-load work.
