Our forklifts hold a full set of international certifications, including ISO 9001, CE, EPA and GOST. Our CE certificates are issued in Turkey to guarantee reliable quality and stable performance.
Yes. We support full customization — load capacity, mast height, attachments, color and branding can all be tailored to your specific needs and working applications.
The standard warranty is 12 months from the date of shipment and covers main components. Extended warranty options are available upon request.
Yes. We can manufacture products with your brand and logo, and supply all required documentation for your local market registration.
We accept T/T, sight L/C and other widely adopted payment methods. Specific terms can be negotiated according to order value and cooperation details.
The MOQ is generally 1 unit for standard models. For customized and special orders, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Every machine undergoes strict multi-stage inspection, including assembly checks, load testing and final quality control before packing and shipment.
Production lead time normally takes 30–40 working days after receiving deposit, subject to model and customization scope.
Yes, we provide long‑term supply of original spare parts for all our forklift models.
We mainly ship from Qingdao Port, China. Other ports are negotiable.
